Terms and Conditions of Membership

1.     Membership

1.1.    Eligibility

Membership is open to customers of Heritage Pool Supply Group with an account and valid Customer ID, offering Residential and/or Commercial Pool Maintenance and Repair Services to the public. Your Heritage Pool Supply Group Customer ID will be your PoolTech Member ID.

1.2.   Email and Electronic Communications

You must provide and maintain a valid email address and promptly update your account with any changes. You acknowledge and expressly consent to receipt of electronic communications from Heritage Pool Supply Group about your membership, your account, and promotional offers. If you no longer want to receive promotional offers, you can opt out by providing your email address on this form. You will receive a link in your inbox to unsubscribe. Even if you opt out of promotional offers, you will still receive emails about your PoolTech Loyalty Program membership and your Heritage Pool Supply Group account.

1.3.   Account Activity

To remain eligible for membership, you must maintain an active account. Account activity means a qualifying purchase is made on your Heritage Pool Supply Group account at least once in every rolling three (3) months. If your account is inactive for three (3) months, we reserve the right to terminate your membership. You may reactivate your membership anytime by engaging in account activity.

1.4.   Account in Good Standing

To remain eligible for membership, your account must be in good standing. Good standing means your account is current. If your account is 30 days past due, we reserve the right to terminate your membership.

1.5.   Cancellation of Membership

You can end your participation at any time by sending an email to Heritage Pool Supply Group at pooltech@heritagepsg.com. Upon termination, you will no longer earn Loyalty Rewards or have access to any other PoolTech member benefits.

 

2.     Benefits

2.1. Loyalty Rewards

Members earn credit on account for purchases made in two qualifying reward categories – Base Rewards and PoolTech Product Rewards. Rewards start accruing upon activation of membership and are calculated as a percentage of the net invoice amount. Rewards credits are accrued monthly and applied to your account quarterly for use at your discretion for anything sold by Heritage Pool Supply Group. Some exclusions may apply. Credits earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, refund, returned check due to non-sufficient funds, or other credit will be deducted from the Member’s account. Rewards may not be redeemed for cash, have no cash value, and do not give rise to any property or other interest whatsoever.

2.1.1. Base Rewards

Members earn 1% credit on account for all purchases. The new Base Rewards begins on July 1, 2024, and all purchases regardless of payment method made on or after July 1, 2024 will be subject to the new base reward of 1% credit on accounts.  Any purchases made on or before June 30, 2024 will be subject to the prior base rewards.

2.1.2. PoolTech Product Rewards

Members earn 3% credit on account for PoolTech Designated Product purchases. PoolTech Product rewards are earned in addition to base rewards.

2.2.    Education

Heritage is partnering with product manufacturers and industry experts to bring live onsite training and an online library of courses to its PoolTech members. Subjects will include Business, Products, Sales, and Safety. Members must register for a Heritage+ account and sign in to access the online library of courses and onsite training schedules.

2.3.    Events and Promotions

From time to time, Heritage may run special events and promotions in connection with certain products or services; these offers will be subject to separate terms and conditions therein.

2.4.    Quality Council

Heritage will invite members at its sole discretion to join the PoolTech Quality Council where they will provide feedback to key stakeholders and collaborate to improve products, service, program benefits, and quality-of-life for the professional pool service trade. Quality Council participation will be subject to additional terms and conditions that support the governing rules of the council.

 

3. Other Provisions

3.1. Notice of Financial Incentive

In connection with the PoolTech Loyalty Program, we may offer financial incentives and/or price or service differences (“Incentives”) to Heritage Pool Supply Group customers based on Credits earned as further described in these Terms & Conditions, in exchange for our use of your personal information. To offer these Incentives, we must track the personal information you provide when you sign up for or engage in activities to earn Credits, such as company profile information, purchase history, participation in Heritage Pool Supply Group events, reward redemption activity, and engagement with Heritage Pool Supply Group as described in these Terms & Conditions (“PoolTech Program Data”). The value of PoolTech Program Data is calculated by determining a PoolTech Loyalty Program member’s approximate additional annual spending compared to an individual’s annual spending who is not yet enrolled in the PoolTech Loyalty Program. The value of PoolTech Program Data is reasonably related to the costs associated with offering the Incentives. You can join PoolTech Loyalty Program by filling out this form, and you can withdraw from or cancel your PoolTech Loyalty Program membership at any time by contacting us at pooltech@heritagepsg.com. 3.2. Modification of Terms

Heritage Pool Supply Group reserves its rights to change, modify, terminate, or eliminate the PoolTech Loyalty Program and/or any of the program’s Terms, Member Benefits, or any other descriptions of the Program at any time without notice. Any changes, modifications, or termination of the Program or its terms will be accessible at Heritage Pool Plus and will be effective immediately upon publication on the website. Heritage Pool Supply Group is not responsible for providing you with notice of changes; you are solely responsible for reviewing the Terms, Member Benefits, and other relevant information at Heritage Pool Plus. Please visit this website regularly for any changes to the terms. Your continued participation in the Program after we make changes to it or to these Terms signifies your acceptance of such changes. If at any time you disagree with the Terms of the Program, you must discontinue use of the Program immediately.

3.3. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide during Program enrollment and as a Program member will be handled in accordance with Heritage Pool Supply Group’s Privacy Policy.
